Day Nineteen

Mia is back on the road with a gas can in her hand heading back to the guy she met early in her journey. That man is her real father; she did not recognize him on the way past him. They have a conversation and he is given one of two choices; one, to return to the known world in Mia’s car or two, go on the “far more fantastical . . . less traveled path.” He choices the second choice together with Mia.

According to Allen Arnold in “the story of WITH: A Better Way to Live, Love & Create” we are never alone, God is always with us, yet we live in the Orphan Realm and are deceived into believing we are alone. We have the choice to live alone in the Orphan Realm or at home with God in the Freedom Realm.

In the Orphan Realm life it was lonely and loveless. Once I made the choice to break free from that realm into the Freedom Realm with God, no matter what dramas come my way God walks me through it. How eager are we to fall into God’s embrace and be shielded from the lies of the enemy who wants to keep us imprisoned in his Orphan Realm?

It is God's plan for me to encourage women to do all for God’s glory, live on His schedule, and pray Big.

  1. Amen and Amen, Juel! The one important thing to remember — the key to it all, really — is that it is God Himself who gives us the faith to remain in faith WITH Him. We can’t muster up that faith on our own. We can’t pull ourselves into the Freedom Realm or just by sheer determination stay in the Freedom Realm. We have to let God hold us there. We have to relinquish our desire to be in charge and let Him be completely in charge of everything. And He will. He will keep us safe in that wonderful embrace that you talk about. Praise God!
