architecture blue daylight door

Day Fourteen

It appears that Mia’s search for the Blue Door has gotten complicated. There are seven blue doors to choose from. Which one does she choose? According to Allen Arnold in “the story of WITH: A Better Way to Live, Love & Create” God opens and closes doors to us but “The problem is we have an enemy who opens and closes doors too.” The enemy does not care which door we open as long as it is one of his. With God through awaking to His lead, being expectant, having our identity through God, and being together with Him, He leads us to the door we need to open. Mia finds it and walks into freedom.

Reading this made me aware of the enemies doors. I know he does things to distract me, but I never thought about him having doors too. This read will make me be more heedful of the options out there. I tend to pray to God for clear direction on where He needs me to go. Generally through Him, He makes it clear in three ways. This read reinforces the need to seek God and not be awed or swayed by options that look like what God wants us to do instead of what God really wants us to.
