Day 45
The approaching rain clouds drove Sonia and I to walk in her neighborhood in case we needed to make a quick exit to her house. So, we walked from her house to areas that she had never walked for 3.09 miles. We talked about walking other parts on another day. Thanks to God, no rain found us, just wind and cold in the low forties that felt like highs thirties. We were talking so much, I had to remember to take at least one picture. Three pictures managed to jump into my phone. We laughed at the one with a wide deep green grass tree lawn the full length of a business. There was a sign that read “no dog walking”. Poor pooches were denied access to that luxurious greenery. The picture above is an unusual surface level tree root. The third one was a multicolored elementary school. It is hard to believe there are only twenty days left on this adventure. God has shown Himself in so many ways.
