Never Dull

Life as a writer for God is never dull. He keeps me busy in so many ways. Once a week He enables me to write a spiritual devotional. Most times I have no idea what will be written until my fingers hit the key board. When I travel He enables me to write about that travel experience. Here on this blog you are reading now He enables me to write about what is going on in my writing life, book reviews, news, events, and other odds and ends. In addition to that He is enabling me to write a fourth book. This book will be about how God uses the mature in age to do great things for Him.

Writing, however, is not my main focus. He has me in many other roles: Church Board member, usher, volunteer with the Cleveland Metroparks, wife, parent, grandmother, long-distance walker with friends, and most recently, service as a driver education instructor. At the age of sixty-six with forty-four years of driving experience He is enabling me to teach a life skill to teens in the class room and in the car. It has been so much fun, so far. I don’t know what God’s reason is for placing me on this new journey, but I do know my own driving skills have improved. I learn more as an instructor than as a student.

Life is never dull with God. May we all have a life to the full with God as we do all for His glory, on His schedule, as we pray Big!

It is God's plan for me to encourage women to do all for God’s glory, live on His schedule, and pray Big.
