Day 19

My Thursday telephone walk found me back near my doctor’s office. I had a 2 p.m. appointment and started my 1 p.m. walk with my regular Thursday walking buddy on the phone. She was walking outside somewhere else as I walked 2.04 miles in the neighborhood around my doctor’s office for thirty-five minutes. My appointment was a therapy session teaching me out to stretch my muscles. It was the perfect time for a professional stretch after a walk when my muscles are tightest.
