“I hated it!” One of my friends told me about “Stereophonic”. I was booked to see this play and her comment threw me. I didn’t ask her why because I didn’t want to be tainted by her opinion before I saw it. However, I did check out “The Buzz” about this play before which was helpful. I always read at least the description of any show before I go, so, I know what to expect.
My husband and I loved this play. There were so many stories within the overall story. I heard several others didn’t like it either, but they were looking for a musical or a concert which it is not. It is loosely based on a famous British band and their recording sessions. If you love plays, this is one to see.
