Please Stand By

This is the first time since high school that I have been put on Summer Break.

Summer so far has been filled with riding in cars training students how to drive, four to five days a week in the morning and some afternoons. During the school year all behind-the-wheel trainings are in the afternoon and evening. I was scheduled to teach two in-person classes at two different schools. That schedule was changed because of the need for instructors in cars. Two others taught those classes. These rides have been filled with fun conversations and great views of various places. The picture above is a sample of one of those views.

This summer schedule has put on hold on writing God’s fourth book. The Holy Spirit hasn’t compelled me to write a thing. However, weekly devotionals, travel articles, and writer articles have remained the same or increased. Travel articles have the most increase due to summer travels.

So, I had to squash my frustration about not being able to work on this fourth creation with God because His schedule rules and is best. In the meantime I am enjoying the writings He does prompt me to create and the two-hour rides with students learning a new life skill. Doing all for God’s glory, on His schedule, and praying Big is always the way to roll.

It is God's plan for me to encourage women to do all for God’s glory, live on His schedule, and pray Big.
