Juel has been writing since was a youngster. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. 

Because of God’s prompting she started blogging in 2010 and now has five active blogs and two YouTube Channels.  The first blog is a weekly spiritual devotional blog.  The second is a travel blog.  The third is a walking blog about raising funds for HOPE worldwide. The fourth is a writer’s blog. The fifth is a blog to help students locate practice maneuverability cones.

Her first book was published in July 15, 2020, the second edition was published January 15, 2021, “Lives of a Gem! God’s Treasured Possession”. This book published in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic is an inspirational and transparent memoir about how God walked her through spiritual and physical life challenges. Two more books were published on September 15, 2021. “Bible Trek: Reading The Bible In Thirteen Weeks” takes you on her personal journey through the Bible. “The Twelve: Fishers of Men” gives you a glimpse of the lives of the first twelve disciples

She is a thirty-seven-year government retiree. During that span, she worked with the Internal Revenue, the Veterans Administration Hospital, and the Navy Finance Department.  She is also a seventeen-year travel agent retiree.  In addition, she is a five-year retired Weight Watchers Leader.  

Her love of public speaking materialized due to Toastmasters.  She has had numerous teaching and speaking assignments with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, with the government, in the travel industry and as a Weight Watchers Leader. She teaches drivers education in the in the car and has taught in high school classrooms. She serves in her church as a lead usher once a quarter. She has served as a Board Member for her church for several terms. She has served as various leadership roles with Bible Study Fellowship. She is a Red Coat Usher for the Playhouse Square. She has been married fifty years, has two adult children, and two grandchildren.

Her focus is to do all for His glory, live His schedule and pray Big!
